My work is strictly for personal use (gift to a friend or oneself, a profile picture, print for yourself, etc). Never should my work be sold, advertised or used with AI, NFTs.

Commissioned work can be posted on the client social media with proper credits (Caption of the post or in bio when used as profile picture)

Commissioned artwork may be posted to my social media.

I reserve myself the right to refuse request outside my range of work or that I don't feel confortable with.

Both parties are expected to maintain confidentiality of the private information shares during the commission process.

The commission process take from 1 to 4 weeks depending on my availability and complexity of the artwork.

Clients who have a deadline should ask at least 2 weeks before wished deadline.

Not mandatory but reference images are appreciated (color palette, poses, original character sheets, etc.)

Additions (Background or extra character) are accepted at any point of the process but the deadline will be extended according to the complexity level of the add-on.

Minor revisions are accepted and free of charge. Significant revision might cause addittional fees.

The final file delivered will be .png or .jpeg format. The commission will be sent in the email comminicated in the form.

Size for fanart will be determined with client, emote size will 250 x 250 px

Will do : Any Fandom, OCs, Soft NSFW

Won't do: Hard NSFW, Furry, Mecha, gore, realism

Payments will be done either through Stripe (credit cards), PayPal or Buymeacoffee (Euro only for BMC).

Payments are upfront

Full refunds are accepted only if I haven't started sketching a client's commission or if I can't no longer work on the commission. I offer 50% refund, if I am still in the early stages of the commission (eg. sketching stage). No refunds for pieces close to being completed.
